- Temperature sensing cable
Temperature sensing cable is a general distributed temperature measuring system IOT-DMT detection cable, can be applied to most of the IOT-DMT temperature measuring environment. The fiber optic cable is designed with high strength double armor and has good mechanical properties such as tensile and compressive strength. The temperature sensing cable is connected to the temperature measuring host through the E2000 connector.
Distributed Fiber temperature measurement System (IOT-DMT) based on optical time-domain reflectometry (OTDR) of the fiber and the temperature effect of the Raman scattering of the fiber, to detect the temperature change along the different positions of the fiber, to achieve a truly distributed measurement. In the system, the optical fiber is both the transmission media and the sensing media. The temperature field of each point in the space where the optical fiber is located modulates the intensity of the Raman scattered light in the optical fiber. The spatial temperature information is collected by the wavelength division multiplexer and the photodetector, and then the temperature information is extracted from the noise in real time after signal processing by the system. The measured temperature point is located by using the propagation speed of light wave and the time interval of backlight echo in fiber.
